Will Roberts and the team of BrokerForDenver.com has a focus on client satisfaction while maintaining unwavering attention to self/company’s primary purpose(s). BrokerForDenver.com is about service, communication, and implementation. While maintaining absolute loyalty, BrokerForDenver.com has the knowledge and experience to assist with nearly every real estate need, including acquisition, build-out, lease-out, management, maintenance, and disposition.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Will Roberts holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker license serving the needs of buyers and sellers, and specializes in the sale of homes and land in the greater Denver area. He has earned the advanced education designations of: Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); Master of Real Estate (MRE); and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition, he holds a license as a ‘Construction A' contractor.
As Immediate Past-President of the Denver Board of REALTORS®, Will provides services back to the real estate community in many ways. This position requires him to represent the Denver Board and its members on the local level, as well as the State and National levels, serving as the spokesperson on real estate issues.
Will holds membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR), and sits as a voting member on three CAR committees: Legislative Affairs, Finance, and Equal Opportunity. With additional memberships in the Metrolist (MLS), the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR), and Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM), Will has access to just about every property to better serve his clients.
He is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), a national trade association dedicated to bringing together minority professionals in the real estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how best to serve out clientele. As a member of NAREB, Will remains abreast of the latest developments affecting real estate through publications, meetings, and workshops.

Invesco Field at Mile High - 75,000 seat Stadium for the Denver Broncos. Work performed as a Turner/Empire Joint Venture
United Airlines Flight Kitchen - The facility was 160,000 square feet. It is Located at Denver International Airport. Responsible for estimating, purchasing and labor relations.
United Parcel Service - This facility was 40,000 square feet. It is located at Denver International Airport. Responsible for estimating, purchasing and coordinating all subcontractor activity.
